Daniel L. Bartell, D.D.S.

Dr. Bartell attended Loyola College of Baltimore and graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School.

He performed his residency in Pain Management at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Bartell also served as a Major in the United States Air Force Dental Corps as well as a dentist volunteer resident to Native Indians and Eskimos in Alberta, Canada for five years.

Dr. Bartell served as President of the Maryland Dental Service Corporation for two terms and was in private practice in dentistry in Catonsville and Ellicott City, Maryland as well as having a group practice in Columbia and Kemp Mill, Maryland with a special interest in Pain Management.

During Dr. Bartell's years of clinical dentistry, he studied for ten years in Sales and Marketing. In addition, Dr. Bartell has an active real estate license and has had almost a decade of experience in dental transitions and has established the dental brokering firm of Practice Sales & Transitions, Inc. (PST) in January, 2005. PST has grown rapidly due to the dedication to service of the dentist and client-focused local and regional marketing as well as national and internet marketing.

Dr. Puglisi attended Tulane University and graduated from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry. 

He performed his General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dr. Puglisi has also served as a dental consultant to a major nursing care center and has volunteered his time teaching clinical dentistry. Currently, he also serves as an expert witness and dental consultant to a major malpractice insurer.

Dr. Puglisi spent the majority of his career in clinical dentistry as the owner of a highly regarded dental practice. He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and remains active in local and organized dentistry. Dr. Puglisi brings his personal experience in dental transitions to the firm of Practice Sales and Transitions, Inc. (PST).
